Stop feeling stuck in the past. Rebuild a sense of safety and control.

Feel grounded and present again. Most clients see results in 4–6 sessions using hypnotherapy and counselling to rewire how your nervous system stores and responds to past experiences.

- Feeling triggered or overwhelmed by certain situations

- Replaying past events or memories you can’t switch off

- Emotional reactions that feel stronger than they should be

- Feeling on edge, shut down, or disconnected

- Difficulty feeling safe or fully present in your day-to-day life

- For many people, these patterns continue long after the original experience has passed.

HOW IT WORKS

Session 1: Establish safety, stability, and understanding

Session 2–3: Begin reducing emotional intensity and reactivity

Session 4–6: Strengthen emotional regulation and long-term stability

How We Help You Feel Better

Many clients report:

- Feeling more grounded and less easily triggered

- Being able to think about past experiences without becoming overwhelmed

- Staying present instead of getting pulled back into memories or emotions

- Feeling safer and more in control in daily life

- Less emotional reactivity in relationships and stressful situations

- Imagine feeling calm, in control, and no longer held back by anxiety or past experiences.

We combine three proven modalities: Counselling, Hypnotherapy, and EMDR. Each one targets a different part of the problem, so you get faster, lasting results.

Why the Combination Works:

Most people try one thing: talk therapy, or medication, or meditation apps. The problem is they’re only addressing part of the system. Hypnotherapy rewires the subconscious patterns driving the anxiety. Counselling gives you the tools and insight to manage day-to-day. EMDR processes trauma at the nervous system level so you’re not stuck replaying it.

Together, they work faster and stick longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a waitlist?

No – We have appointments available now, often even the same day. Please call for same day availability
You can book a session online instantly, whether you prefer hypnotherapy, counselling, or a combination.

Do I need experience with hypnosis?

No, most of our clients have never done hypnosis or counselling prior to spoeaking with us

Is it confidential?

Yes, we are bound by Australian privacy law and everything we speak about is confidential. We only ever share information with people you ask us to.

What if you can't help me?

We are typically able to identify early in the session if hypnosis is not suitable and will communicate this with you. We have refined counselling methods that are able to support you if hypnosis isn’t your thing.

How many sessions do I need?

Most people report noticing a shift after a single session

What does it cost?

Hypnotherapy sessions are $200 per session.

Counselling sessions are $104.50 per session

Does Hypnotherapy actually work?

Hypnotherapy is a well-established therapeutic approach that helps access the subconscious mind, where habits and emotional patterns are stored. Many clients experience meaningful, lasting change when combined with the right approach.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain fully aware and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state, similar to being deeply absorbed in a movie or daydream. Conversational hypnosis is just like a normal conversation, shaped by the information you provide.

What does a session involve?

Sessions are structured and supportive. We’ll talk through your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and use a variety of techniques to help facilitate change.

Is this similar to seeing a psychologist?

There are similarities. Through counselling, you receive professional support like a psychologist, including talking through your challenges, exploring patterns, and learning coping strategies. Unlike a psychologist, I don’t diagnose, but I combine counselling and hypnotherapy to support you to achieve fast, practical results.

What issues can you help with?

We help with anxiety, stress, trauma, habits/addiction confidence, and personal challenges. Hypnotherapy works to reframe habits and emotional responses, while counselling helps process feelings, improve coping, and develop insight.

We only use techniques that we have seen work and that have clinical backing.

We this actually help me with addiction?
